May 2020 – Changes to Arizona Courts During COVID-19

It’s safe to say our world is operating under a “New Normal”—our lives have significantly changed over recent months and will likely continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Social distancing practices and stay-at-home orders have completely changed the ways with which we communicate and connect with others. Likewise, the way our courts operate have drastically changed too, which has had an impact on thousands of cases and families.

With so much hanging in the balance, it’s easy to feel anxious or overwhelmed by the constant influx of news, daily updates on the virus, and the massive changes that have resulted. Our firm is working hard to stay apprised to these updates so that we and our clients can be informed on how the pandemic may be affecting their cases.

Our May blog series will provide some updates provided by the Maricopa County Superior Courts and how they are responding to the COVID-19 pandemic.

THIS MONTH OUR TOPICS WILL INCLUDE:

  • Arizona Family Court – Changes During the COVID-19 Pandemic
  • Arizona Criminal Court – Changes During the COVID-19 Pandemic
