My family has used the law firm of Owens and Perkins since 1996 for various legal matters. They have handled our cases with the highest standards. The entire staff is friendly, concerned about the case at hand, and committed to support and represent the client to their best ability. We will continue to use Owens and Perkins for all or our future legal needs.

During December of 2009, I was referred to Michelle Perkins by a friend and her brother. I had been in the divorce process for a full year. Michelle was able to identify the unethical situation created by my attorney as well as my soon to be ex-husband’s attorney. My divorce was finalized in March of 2010 and if not for Michelle, I think that I would still be fighting the same battle. After the divorce was completed, again, I called Michelle for help due to my ex-husband’s attorney again acting unethically. After Michelle had one phone call with the other lawyer, I was able to complete the task. I am grateful to Michelle Perkins for being intelligent and ethical in her behavior.

I have the best attorney in the whole wide world. When I first walked into C.D. Owens’ office I was scared and threatened by a man who went to prison for not leaving me alone. Mr. Owens and his team of legal experts wasted no time and went to a lot of hard work on my case immediately to help me out of a terrible mess I couldn’t handle by myself. It can be intimidating hiring an attorney, they are expensive. I never once felt Owens & Perkins charged me too much, or were trying to take my money like you hear so much of these days, their fees are more than reasonable. Before I found the Owens & Perkins firm, I had the unsettling experience of reminding my attorney of important facts before key meetings and hearings. It felt like I was “catching them up” on details that should have been considered when preparing their arguments. I felt they were unprepared to properly represent me. I was going through some rough Family Court issues with my ex and needed some legal representation. I went to a couple of consultations but no one seemed concerned about my case.
