If you are anything like me you are spending the last month of the year trying to pull everything in your life together; from finances, to home décor, to general yearend clean up. Oh, the joy of it all.
Before we take off running into the new year, let’s take a step back and reflect on the many things we experienced in the last year.
We began 2018 covering some difficult topics. We discussed the struggles associated with going through divorce. We explored the differences between Mediation and Arbitration and how to overcome domestic violence. We addressed parenting disputes in high conflict environments and the possibility of appealing the Court’s ruling on your case. We paved the path for dealing with complex financial issues and even addressed Social Security and Retirement.
Now that we are approaching the very end of 2018, Owens & Perkins, P.C. would like to take a break from the difficult topics and educate everyone on a few things that might make your life just a little bit easier.
This month we will be discussing a few things to save you some time and sanity when needing to:
- change a vehicle beneficiary,
- transfer your vehicle title,
- guiding your teenager through their driving permit test and
- making sure you are prepared for the new rules to fly domestically.
If you could use some tips to make your life easier, follow our blogs this month, there will be a new post every Friday.
In the meantime, take some time to relax and to appreciate the little (and big) wins from 2018.
Owens & Perkins, P.C. wishes you and your loved ones a safe and happy holiday season.
