Genuinely Cares

I have been dealing with legal issues for several years and have spoken to many attorneys. I often end up feeling like I just spoke to a robot or someone who didn’t really care about my issues. Michelle was one of the first attorneys that actually listened. She spoke to me on a personal level, like a friend. She made me feel like she genuinely cared about my situation. I felt she was honest and open. I am eternally grateful for the assistance. As a matter of fact, everyone I spoke to was professional and very pleasant.
