New Spousal Maintenance Guidelines Go Into Effect on 09/01/2025
The Committee on Family Court's proposed modifications to the Spousal Maintenance Guidelines were adopted by the Arizona Supreme Court on May 28, 2025 by Administrative Order 2025-101, with an effective date of September 1, 2025.
